Prior to appointment as CEO, Dr Harback served as the IHE’s Director of Economics. Kate has over 20 years of experience leading research for diverse stakeholders in Canada and the United States. Prior to focusing on health, she worked on infrastructure topics including aviation, space traffic, and freight rail at the MITRE Corporation. Kate did her PhD in economics at the University of Delaware.
