Ursula Mann is the Principal & Chief Patient Officer at Patient Voice Partners, a life sciences
agency dedicated to integrating multi-partner perspectives into innovation development and
healthcare service delivery. Since co-founding the organization, she has shaped strategic
direction, ecosystem partnerships, and high-impact initiatives that elevate patient, caregiver,
and multi-partner perspectives in disease management, treatment design, and system-level
transformation. Ursula directs signature Patient Voice Partners initiatives such as the Patient
Engagement Forum annual conference and the Amplify Podcast—both designed to foster bold
dialogue, share lived experiences, and drive meaningful, scalable change in healthcare delivery.
She also serves as the Global Patient Engagement Officer for Patient Voice Connect, an
affiliate of Patient Voice Partners, focused on matching patients and caregivers with initiatives
that inform and advance healthcare.
Passionate about ensuring that diverse perspectives shape healthcare advancements, Ursula
has led pioneering scientific collaborations and real-world evidence initiatives, earning global
recognition. With a background spanning senior roles in pharmaceutical commercialization,
medical affairs, and market access—as well as experience as a healthcare professional,
scientific author, and individual with lived experience—she brings a distinctive,
multidimensional perspective. Her ability to connect insights across sectors has positioned her
as a leading voice in multi-partner engagement and patient-centered innovation.
Beyond her leadership at Patient Voice Partners, Ursula is the Co-Founder of the EvidaHealth
Foundation, a not-for-profit organization advancing real-world evidence through a nextgeneration registry platform that empowers individuals to control and contribute their health
insights for broader impact and smarter decision-making.
In addition, Ursula actively contributes to healthcare advancement through service on the All
Can Canada (AAC) Steering Committee, the Canadian Association for Healthcare
Reimbursement (CAHR) West Planning Committee, and the Alberta Medical Device Innovation
Consortium (A-MEDICO) External Advisory Committee.
