Ms. Annie Le Bel has a Master’s degree in Immunology from the University of Sherbrooke. She has 16 years of experience working with Health Canada in different Directorates. Since 2016, she is a Compliance Specialist in the Clinical Trial Compliance Program of the Regulatory Operations and Enforcement Branch and she is based in Longueuil.

She conducts inspections of sponsors, contract research organizations and investigator sites involved in clinical trials to assess compliance with the Food and Drugs Act and Food and Drug Regulations, “Drugs for Clinical Trials Involving Human Subjects”. She is also involved in compliance verifications in the area of clinical research.
