Janice Walters is a Project Director at Alimentiv Inc and the system owner for the CTMS. She has experience implementing several CTMS systems as well as working with them as a CRA, Clinical Trial Manager and Project Manager. Currently she works with internal clients providing them a platform to manage studies and data reporting during the various phases of the study. The CTMS data is also used for various metrics, to assist with process improvements and supports various departmental activities and interests. She has been at Alimentiv for 11 years.

Janice holds a BScN in Nursing and is a registered nurse. Prior to working at Alimentiv, she has held various positions in academic, pharmaceutical and vaccine research settings over the past 20 years and understands what it takes to drive clinical research. Also, she worked as a nurse in Cardiology in both inpatient and outpatient settings. During this period, she also worked with a physician scientist to put on American College of Cardiology extramural programs in Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Heart Failure.
