Lesley joined Varian in 2023 as a Solutions Director in Canada for the Multidisciplinary Oncology Program. Prior to Varian, Lesley served as the Clinical Director at the Princess Margaret Cancer Center (PM), which is part of the University Health Network (UHN) in Toronto, Canada.   PM is widely regarded as the #1 cancer program in Canada and within the top 10 cancer programs around the world.

Prior to PM,  Lesley led the provincial Person-Centred Care program at Cancer Care Ontario where she led the value based healthcare portfolio including Patient Reported Outcome and Experience Measurement.

She has a PhD from the University of Toronto, specialising in health services research in cancer care. She completed an MBA and trained as a biochemist at McMaster University.
