Lorena Kuri, MSMHC is Head of Diversity Strategy for R&D at the BMS.  In her position, Lorena is responsible for driving the DiCT enterprise strategy, with the objective of recruiting a Patient population that is more reflective of the real world and aligned with the epidemiology of the disease studied.  Prior to working at BMS, she spent over a decade working on commercial roles for hematology in Latin America and Canada at Novartis, where she was exposed to the impact that the need for more diversity in clinical trials has for Patients around the world.

Lorena is the BMS representative for the Diversity in Clinical Trials Initiative at TransCelerate and highlights the value of collaboration to advance the efforts on DiCT and Health Equity around the world.
